Privacy Policy

This site is run by the CHIIKAWA community. It is a static website: there is no account system, no login, no newsletter, and no server that stores anything you type. This page explains what that means in practice.

What we collect

Nothing that identifies you. We do not ask for your name, email address, postal address or phone number, and there is no form on this site that would let you give them to us.

Like any website, the server that delivers these pages processes your IP address and browser user-agent in order to send you the page at all. That is a technical necessity of how the web works rather than a choice we made, and we do not build profiles from it.

Cookies and local storage

This site sets no cookies of its own and stores nothing in your browser's local storage. There is no consent banner because there is nothing to consent to.

Analytics

No analytics or tracking scripts are loaded. If that changes, this page will be updated before the change goes live, and the provider will be named here.

Fonts and other assets

All fonts, images and scripts are served from this domain. No third-party CDN receives a request from your browser as a result of loading this site, so no third party learns that you visited it.

Your wallet and the blockchain

This site does not connect to your wallet and never asks you to sign anything. If you buy the token elsewhere, be aware that transactions on a public blockchain are permanent and visible to anyone. That ledger is not operated by us, we cannot edit or erase anything on it, and this policy does not apply to it.

Links to other sites

Pages here link out to exchanges, chart sites, social platforms and the websites of companies mentioned in the collaborations section. Once you follow a link you are on someone else's site under their privacy policy, not ours. We have no control over what they collect.

Children

This site is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone.

Your rights

Privacy law in several regions gives you the right to access, correct, export or delete the personal data an organisation holds about you, and to object to its processing. We hold no such data about you, so there is nothing for us to hand over or delete. If you believe otherwise, contact us using the links below and we will look into it.

Changes

If this policy changes, the date at the top of this page changes with it. There is no mailing list, so please check back rather than expecting a notification.
